Section 195:22 - Method of ProposalA plan for reapportionment, including the terms of office of members to be elected pursuant thereto, as provided for by RSA 195:19-c:
I.May be submitted to the voters by the school board at any regular meeting of the district, andII.Shall be submitted to the voters on petition, which shall include the proposed plan, to the school board, signed by no less than 10 percent of the qualified voters in a cooperative district at the next regular meeting or at a special meeting of the district if requested in the petition. 1971, 252:1. 1996, 158:14, eff.
