Section 143-A:18 - [Effective 7/1/2025] Definition of Uninspected Bison

For purposes of this subdivision, "uninspected bison" means carcasses, parts, meat, and meat food products of bison slaughtered and processed in accordance with RSA 427:16I, XI and sold or to be sold as provided in RSA 427:2-a, IV.
