N.H. Rev. Stat. § 12-G:49
Current through Chapter 381 of the 2024 Legislative Session
All vessels, except pleasure or fishing vessels or vessels of 150 gross tons or under, are required to be piloted by a pilot appointed by the authority into and out of the Piscataqua River and harbor from a point designated by the authority.
