Section 88A.420 - Cancellation of certificate of trust upon termination of trust1. A certificate of trust must be cancelled upon the completion or winding up of the business trust and its termination. A certificate of cancellation must be signed by a trustee, filed with the Secretary of State, and set forth:(a) The name of the business trust;(b) The effective date and time of the cancellation if other than the time of the filing of the certificate, which date must not be more than 90 days after the date on which the certificate is filed; and(c) Any other information the trustee determines to include.2.
