Section 86.481 - Exclusion of company which provides self-insurance from title 57 of NRS

A limited-liability company or its subsidiary which provides self-insurance for itself or for an affiliated limited-liability company pursuant to NRS 86.461 is not subject to the provisions of title 57 of NRS.
