Section 710.400 - Applicability of NRS 710.400 to 710.590, inclusive; consolidation of unincorporated towns into district1. The provisions of NRS 710.400 to 710.590, inclusive, apply to any unincorporated town within this state which is subject to the provisions of chapter 269 of NRS.2.
