Section 709.260 - Notice of hearing on application for extension of term of franchise; objections1. Upon the receipt of an application for the extension of the term of any franchise mentioned in NRS 709.250, the board of county commissioners shall: (a) Set the application for hearing at its next regular meeting thereafter.(b) Cause such notice thereof to be given as it may deem reasonable.2.
