Section 709.240 - Poles and wires subject to regulation by Public Utilities Commission of Nevada; repair of wires1. All poles from which wires are suspended for electric power, light or heating purposes within the boundaries of unincorporated towns or cities and over public highways shall be subject to such rules and regulations in constructing and maintaining the same as may be prescribed by the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada.2.
