Section 701B.610 - [Expires 12/31/2025] Duty of utility to file annual plan; review and approval of annual plan by Commission1. On or before February 1, 2008, and on or before February 1 of each year thereafter, each utility shall file with the Commission its annual plan for carrying out and administering the Wind Demonstration Program within its service area.2.
