Section 697.190 - Bonds required for license as bail agent, bail solicitor and general agent1. Each applicant for a license as a bail agent, bail solicitor or general agent must file with the application, and thereafter maintain in force while so licensed, a bond which complies with NRS 679B.175 and is in an amount determined by the Commissioner.2.
