Section 695J.270 - Regulations; authority of Commissioner to contract for the performance of certain functions1. The Commissioner shall adopt regulations:(a) For establishing and conducting an examination required by this chapter for the initial issuance and renewal of a certificate;(b) For the establishment of a course of instruction as required by this chapter for the initial issuance and renewal of a certificate;(c) Establishing the fee required by NRS 695J.130 for the administration of the examination; and(d) For carrying out the provisions of this chapter.2.
