Section 695F.400 - License required to apply, procure, negotiate or place for another any policy or contract of organization

A person shall not apply, procure, negotiate or place for another person any policy or contract of a prepaid limited health service organization unless he or she holds a license issued pursuant to chapter 683A of NRS.
