Section 695D.310 - Disciplinary or other action: Notice; hearing; order1. If the Commissioner believes that grounds for denying a certificate of authority or for suspending or revoking a certificate exist, the Commissioner shall notify the organization for dental care in writing, specifying the grounds for the denial, suspension or revocation and fix a time for a hearing on the matter within 30 days after the notice.2.
