Section 689.245 - Agent's license: Issuance; denial1. If the Commissioner finds that the application is complete and the applicant meets the requirements of NRS 689.235 after an investigation not to exceed 30 days, the Commissioner shall issue at the request of the holder of a valid seller's certificate of authority an agent's license to the applicant.2.
