Section 683A.084 - "Underwrite" defined

"Underwrite" includes, without limitation:

1. Accepting applications for insurance coverage in accordance with the written rules of an insurer;

2. Planning and coordinating a program of insurance; and

3. Procuring bonds and excess insurance.
