Section 678C.820 - Authority of Board concerning gifts, grants, donations or contributions; deposit of money in State Treasury1. The Administrator of the Division or his or her designee may apply for or accept any gifts, grants, donations or contributions from any source to carry out the provisions of this chapter governing the issuance of registry identification cards and letters of approval and the regulation of the holders of such cards and letters.2.
