Section 678A.170 - "Medical cannabis cultivation facility" defined

"Medical cannabis cultivation facility" means a business that:

1. Is licensed by the Board pursuant to NRS 678B.210; and

2. Acquires, possesses, cultivates, delivers, transfers, transports, supplies or sells cannabis and related supplies to:

(a) Medical cannabis dispensaries;

(b) Medical cannabis production facilities; or

(c) Other medical cannabis cultivation facilities.
