Section 662.186 - Operating cash: Minimum cash and demand balances; reserves1. Each bank doing business under the laws of this state shall have on hand, in cash, at least the sum of money determined by the Commissioner as necessary to meet the operating requirements of the bank and at least a required sum consisting of demand balances due from good and solvent banks.2.
