Section 656.205 - Continuing education programs developed and conducted by Board; reasonable fee; Board prohibited from refusing to renew or restore certificate or license for failure to attend program developed and conducted by Board1. The Board may: (a) Develop and conduct programs of continuing education relating to the practice of court reporting.(b) Charge and collect a reasonable fee from persons who attend such a program.2.
