Section 645H.290 - Adoption of regulations
The Division shall adopt:
1. Regulations prescribing a standard of practice and code of ethics for registered asset management companies. The regulations must include, without limitation, provisions establishing the degree of care that must be exercised by a reasonably prudent registered asset management company.2. Such other regulations as are necessary for the administration of this chapter.
