Section 645C.540 - Payment of witnesses for fees and mileage1. Each witness who appears by order of the Commission is entitled to receive for his or her attendance the same fees and mileage allowed by law to a witness in a civil case, which must be paid by the party at whose request the witness is subpoenaed.2.
