Section 645C.527 - Reporting of disciplinary action against and violations by appraiser or intern to national registry of Appraisal Subcommittee The Division shall report to the national registry of the Appraisal Subcommittee, pursuant to 12 U.S.C. § 3338, any:
1. Sanction, final disciplinary action or revocation, suspension or denial to renew a certificate, license or registration card taken by the Commission against an appraiser or intern; and2.
