Section 645B.600 - Person may file complaint alleging violation; requirements1. A person may file with the Commissioner a complaint alleging that another person has violated a provision of this chapter, a regulation adopted pursuant to this chapter or an order of the Commissioner.2. A complaint filed pursuant to this section must:(b) Be signed by the person filing the complaint or the designee of the person filing the complaint;(c) Contain an address and a telephone number for the person filing the complaint or the designee of the person filing the complaint;(d) Describe the nature of the alleged violation in as much detail as possible;(e) Include as exhibits copies of all documentation supporting the complaint; and(f) Include any other information or supporting materials required by the regulations adopted by the Commissioner or by an order of the Commissioner.Added to NRS by 1999, 3775; A 2001, 2474; 2011, 3621Added to NRS by 1999, 3775; A 2001, 2474; 2011, 3621
