Section 645.287 - Owner-developers: Regulations concerning qualifications; principal place of business and records1. Regulations adopted by the Real Estate Commission shall not establish any educational qualification or require any examination of an owner-developer, but shall provide appropriate standards of good moral character and financial stability.2.
