Section 645.255 - Waiver of duties of licensee or property manager prohibited

Except as otherwise provided in subsection 4 of NRS 645.254, no duty of a licensee set forth in NRS 645.252 or 645.254 or a property manager set forth in NRS 645.6057 may be waived.
