Section 644A.755 - Unconscionable contracts with students1. An unconscionable contract between a school of cosmetology and a student of cosmetology is not enforceable.2. "Unconscionable contract" means a contract which a person of common sense, who was not under a delusion, would not execute and which a fair and honest person would not accept.
