Section 643.070 - Qualifications for license as barber Any person is qualified to receive a license as a barber:
1. Who is qualified under the provisions of NRS 643.085.2. Who is at least 18 years of age.3. Who is of good moral character and temperate habits.4. Who has: (a) Practiced as a licensed apprentice for a period of 18 months under the immediate personal supervision of a licensed barber; or(b) Complied with the requirements of NRS 643.085.5. Who has passed an examination conducted by the Board to determine his or her fitness to practice as a licensed barber.6.
