Section 643.1717 - Suspension or revocation of licenses; posting of notice of suspension or revocation on barbershop1. The Board may immediately suspend a license to operate a barbershop for violation of any of the applicable provisions of this chapter or regulations adopted by the Board until the violation is cured.2. Except for immediate suspensions authorized pursuant to subsection 1, the Board may suspend or revoke a license to operate a barbershop for a violation of the provisions of this chapter or any regulation adopted by the Board only in a manner consistent with the provisions of chapter 622A of NRS.3.
