Section 641D.860 - Injunction against practicing applied behavior analysis without license1. The Board or the Attorney General may maintain in any court of competent jurisdiction a suit for an injunction against any person practicing in violation of NRS 641D.910 or as a behavior analyst, assistant behavior analyst or registered behavior technician without the proper license or registration.2.
