Section 641D.710 - Regulations concerning additional grounds for disciplinary action

The Board shall adopt regulations that establish grounds for disciplinary action for a licensed behavior analyst, licensed assistant behavior analyst or registered behavior technician in addition to those prescribed by NRS 641D.700.
