Section 641A.288 - Clinical professional counselor interns: License required; qualifications of applicants1. A person who wishes to obtain the supervised experience that is required for licensure as a clinical professional counselor pursuant to this chapter must obtain a license as a clinical professional counselor intern before beginning the supervised experience.2. An applicant for a license as a clinical professional counselor intern must furnish evidence satisfactory to the Board that the applicant: (a) Is at least 21 years of age;(b) Is of good moral character;(c) Possesses a graduate degree in counseling from an accredited college or university approved by the Board which required the completion of a practicum or internship; and(d) Has entered into a supervision agreement with an approved supervisor.Added to NRS by 2007, 3053; A 2019, 4308Amended by 2019, Ch. 627,§73, eff. 7/1/2019.Added to NRS by 2007, 3053
