Section 641A.320 - Authorized disciplinary action; private reprimands prohibited; orders imposing discipline deemed public records1. The Board may discipline the holder of any license whose default has been entered or who has been heard by the Board and found guilty, by any of the following methods: (a) Placing him or her upon probation for a period to be determined by the Board.(b) Suspending the license for not more than 1 year.(c) Revoking the license.(d) Administering a public reprimand.(e) Limiting his or her practice.(f) Imposing an administrative fine of not more than $5,000.(g) Requiring him or her to complete successfully another examination.2. The Board shall not administer a private reprimand.3.
