Section 640B.200 - Employment of Executive Secretary and other personnel; members of Board not entitled to salary; per diem allowance and travel expenses of members and employees1. The Board may employ an Executive Secretary and any other persons necessary to carry out its duties.2. The members of the Board are not entitled to receive a salary.3. While engaged in the business of the Board, each member and employee of the Board is entitled to receive a per diem allowance and travel expenses at a rate fixed by the Board.
