Section 640.080 - Qualifications of applicant for licensure as physical therapist Except as otherwise provided in NRS 640.145 and 640.146, to be eligible for licensure by the Board as a physical therapist, an applicant must:
1. Be of good moral character;2. Have graduated from a school in which he or she completed a program of professional education for physical therapists approved by the Board; and3.
