Section 637.105 - License as apprentice dispensing optician: Qualifications; scope; display1. To be eligible for a license as an apprentice dispensing optician, an applicant must: (a) Be at least 18 years of age; and(b) Be a graduate of an accredited high school or its equivalent.2. A license as an apprentice dispensing optician:(a) Authorizes the holder to practice ophthalmic dispensing in this State under the direct supervision of a licensed dispensing optician, licensed ophthalmologist or licensed optometrist; and(b) Must at all times be conspicuously displayed at the holder's place of practice.Added to NRS by 2023, 1386Added by 2023, Ch. 223,§7, eff. 10/1/2023.
