Section 637.090 - Active license required for practice of ophthalmic dispensing or management of optical establishment; sign required when no licensed dispensing optician is physically present at optical establishment1. A person shall not engage in the practice of ophthalmic dispensing or manage an optical establishment without holding a valid, active license issued as provided by this chapter.2.
