Section 636.340 - [Effective 2 years after the date of the repeal of 42 U.S.C. Section 666, the federal law requiring each state to establish procedures for withholding, suspending and restricting the professional, occupational and recreational licenses for child support arrearages and for noncompliance with certain processes relating to paternity or child support proceedings] Restoration of revoked or suspended license

On or after the expiration of 1 year following the revocation or suspension of a license, an application may be made for the restoration of the license and the Board may, in the exercise of reasonable discretion, restore the license absolutely or upon specified conditions.
