Section 634B.910 - Injunction1. If the Board or the Division determines that a person has violated or is about to violate any provision of this chapter or a regulation adopted pursuant thereto, the Board or Division may bring an action in a court of competent jurisdiction to enjoin the person from engaging in or continuing the violation.2.
