Section 634B.290 - Duty to refer patient to provider of health care when diagnosis or treatment exceeds ability of naprapath1. If a naprapath determines that the diagnosis or treatment of a patient is beyond the scope of practice or the skill, training and competence of the naprapath, the naprapath shall refer the patient to an appropriate provider of health care.2.
