Section 634B.720 - Commencement of disciplinary proceedings required for certain violations of Industrial Insurance Act; regulations1. If the Division receives a report pursuant to subsection 5 of NRS 228.420, a hearing must be held pursuant to regulations adopted by the Board, with the advice of the Advisory Board, to consider the contents of the report. 2.
