Section 633.711 - Injunctive relief against person practicing without license1. The Board, through an officer of the Board or the Attorney General, may maintain in any court of competent jurisdiction a suit for an injunction against any person: (a) Practicing osteopathic medicine or practicing as a physician assistant or anesthesiologist assistant without a valid license to practice osteopathic medicine or to practice as a physician assistant or anesthesiologist assistant, as applicable; or(b) Providing services through telehealth, as defined in NRS 629.515, without a valid license.2.
