Section 631.355 - Disciplinary action by hearing officer or panel: Procedural requirements; powers and duties of officer or panel; final decision in contested case1. Any disciplinary action taken by a hearing officer or panel pursuant to 631.350 is subject to the same procedural requirements which apply to disciplinary actions taken by the Board, and the officer or panel has those powers and duties given to the Board in relation thereto. Before taking disciplinary action, the hearing officer or panel shall review and consider the findings and recommendations of a review panel appointed pursuant to NRS 631.3635.2.
