Section 630A.260 - Reexamination1. If an applicant fails in a first examination, the applicant may be reexamined after not less than 6 months.2. If the applicant fails in a second examination, he or she may not be reexamined within less than 1 year after the date of the second examination. Before taking a third examination, the applicant shall furnish proof satisfactory to the Board of 1 year of additional training in homeopathy after the second examination.3.
