Section 630A.380 - Grounds for initiating disciplinary action or denying issuance of license or certificate: Willful disclosure of privileged communication; willful failure to comply with law, subpoena or order; willful failure to perform legal obligation The following acts, among others, constitute grounds for initiating disciplinary action or denying the issuance of a license or certificate:
1. Willful disclosure of a communication privileged under a statute or court order.2. Willful failure to comply with any provision of this chapter, regulation, subpoena or order of the Board or with any court order relating to this chapter.3.
