Section 630.2687 - Medical facility employing anesthesiologist assistant required to submit list of such personnel to Board; confidentiality of list; medical facilities required to confirm qualifications with Board before employment of anesthesiologist assistant1. Each medical facility in this State employing an anesthesiologist assistant shall submit to the Board a list of such personnel at least three times annually, as directed by the Board. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 239.0115, each list submitted to the Board pursuant to this subsection is confidential.2. A medical facility shall, before hiring an anesthesiologist assistant, obtain validation from the Board that the prospective employee is licensed pursuant to the provisions of NRS 630.2683 or 630.2685, as applicable.Added to NRS by 2023, 1549Added by 2023, Ch. 247,§14, eff. 1/1/2024.
