Section 630.26835 - Simultaneous license to practice as anesthesiologist assistant issued by State Board of Osteopathic Medicine: Application; feesA person applying for an anesthesiologist assistant license pursuant to the provisions of this chapter who wishes to hold a simultaneous license to practice as an anesthesiologist assistant pursuant to the provisions of chapter 633 of NRS must:
1. Indicate in the application that he or she wishes to hold a simultaneous license as an anesthesiologist assistant pursuant to the provisions of chapter 633 of NRS;2. Apply for a license to practice as an anesthesiologist assistant to: (a) The Board pursuant to this chapter; and(b) The State Board of Osteopathic Medicine pursuant to chapter 633 of NRS; and3. Pay all applicable fees, including, without limitation:(a) The fee for application for and issuance of a simultaneous license as an anesthesiologist assistant pursuant to NRS 630.268; and(b) The application and initial simultaneous license fee for an anesthesiologist assistant pursuant to NRS 633.501.Added to NRS by 2023, 1549Added by 2023, Ch. 247,§15, eff. 1/1/2024.
