Section 616C.030 - Dependent of injured employee barred from filing claim for compensation if untimely or previously deniedA dependent of an injured employee may not file a claim for compensation for an industrial injury pursuant to the provisions of chapters 616A to 616D, inclusive, of NRS if:
1. The time for filing the claim has expired pursuant to NRS 616C.020 and the failure to file the claim is not excused pursuant to NRS 616C.025; or2.
