Section 615.170 - Provision of vocational rehabilitation services1. Vocational rehabilitation services shall be provided directly or through public or private resources to any individual with a disability, including any individual with a disability who is eligible under the terms of an agreement or an arrangement with another state, the Federal Government or an Indian tribe.2.
