Section 613.320 - Applicability1. The provisions of NRS 613.133 and 613.310 to 613.4383, inclusive, do not apply to:(a) Any employer with respect to employment outside this state.(b) Any religious corporation, association or society with respect to the employment of individuals of a particular religion to perform work connected with the carrying on of its religious activities.2.
