Section 612.745 - Representation in court1. In any civil action to enforce the provisions of this chapter the Administrator, the Board of Review and the State may be represented by: (a) Any qualified attorney who is employed by the Administrator and is designated by the Administrator for the purpose;(b) The Attorney General, at the Administrator's request; or(c) The district attorney of the proper county.2.
